Terms of Service
Effective Date: January 1, 2025
Article 1 (Purpose)
These Terms and Conditions aim to stipulate matters concerning the conditions and procedures for using the investment information analysis service provided by Bosscore (hereinafter "Service").
Article 2 (Service Content)
The Service provides the following features:
- Relative Strength (RS) analysis of Korean and US stocks
- Bosscore-based investment decision support
- Market condition analysis information
- AI-based investment coaching conversation
Article 3 (Service Use)
The Service can be used free of charge by anyone without separate membership registration. However, some features of the Service may be restricted.
Article 4 (Disclaimer Regarding Investment Information)
Important Notice
- All information provided by the Service is investment reference material and is not investment advice.
- The Service does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of information.
- All investment decisions and resulting profits/losses are entirely the user's responsibility.
- The Service bears no legal responsibility for users' investment results.
- Past returns do not guarantee future returns.
Article 5 (User Obligations)
Users shall not engage in the following activities:
- Activities that interfere with stable service operation
- Unauthorized commercial use of information obtained through the Service
- Activities that interfere with other users' service use
- Unauthorized access or hacking attempts on the Service
- Other activities that violate applicable laws
Article 6 (Intellectual Property Rights)
Intellectual property rights for content, design, logos, trademarks, etc. provided by the Service belong to the Service. Users may not reproduce, distribute, broadcast, publish, or otherwise use these without prior written consent from the Service.
Article 7 (Service Interruption)
The Service may temporarily suspend service provision in the following cases:
- Regular system maintenance, expansion, and replacement
- Force majeure reasons such as natural disasters or national emergencies
- Other cases necessary for service operation
Article 8 (Changes to Terms)
The Service may change the Terms if necessary, and changed Terms will be announced through notices within the Service. Users who do not agree to the changed Terms may stop using the Service.
Article 9 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)
The interpretation of these Terms and disputes regarding service use shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, and in case of dispute, the Seoul Central District Court shall be the court of first instance.
